Day 01/ Bombay (Mumbai)
Welcome to India! Arrive Mumbai, meet assist by
our tour executive at the airport and then transfer
to hotel. Night stay in Bombay hotel.
Day 02/ Bombay (Mumbai)
After leisurely breakfast in hotel, proceed for
sightseeing tour of Mumbai visiting Gateway of
India, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Market, Haji Ali
Mosque, Flora Fountain, Colaba. Night stay in
Mumbai hotel.
Day 03/ Bombay – Cochin –
Periyar
Breakfast in hotel, after breakfast transfer to
Mumbai domestic airport to board the flight for
Cochin. On arrival, meet assist & transfer
to the hotel. Thereafter from airport drive to
Periyar (180 kms/ 5hrs). On arrival at Periyar,
transfer to hotel. Evening free at leisure. Night
stay in Periyar hotel.
Day 04/ Periyar – Varkala
Breakfast in hotel, after relaxed breakfast proceed
for boat cruise on the Lake of the famous Periyar
wildlife sanctuary to see natural wild life. Periyar
Wildlife Sanctuary set amidst the high ranges
of the Western Ghats, on the banks of the beautiful
Periyar lake is the Periyar Wildlife sanctuary,
a testimony to nature’s grandeur and the
innovation of human minds. The beauty of this
sanctuary is heightened because of the magnificent
lake at the heart of it, adding to its charm and
serenity. The Reservoir that is built here is
the main supplying ground for drinking water of
the wildlife at the periyar Wildlife sanctuary
or Thekkhady. Thereafter drive through the winding
"Ghats" lined with prosperous tea plantations
& then arrive the fascinating seaside resort
of Varkala. Night stay in Varkala hotel.
Day 05/ Varkala - Poovar (140 kms/ 4
hrs)
After relaxed breakfast in hotel, drive to the
island resort of Poovar. On arrival transfer to
hotel. Rest of the time is free for individual
activities or one can go and relax at the beach.
Night stay in Poovar hotel.
Day 06/ Poovar
Fullday free for leisure activites & relax
at the beach. Night stay in Poovar hotel.
Day 07/ Poovar - Munnar (110 kms/ 4 hrs)
After leisurely breakfast in hotel drive to the
beautiful hill station of Munnar. On arrival,
transfer to hotel. Night stay in Munnar hotel.
Day 08/ Munnar
Munnar is also one of the major centers for tea
trade in Kerala. Surrounded by almost 30 tea gardens
that give it a picturesque view, Munnar is near
Anaimudi, the highest peak of the Kerala Western
Ghats. The hills around Munnar are covered with
the rare Neelakurunji plant giving it a wonderful
look, especially when the flowers bloom to cover
the entire mountain range. Fullday free for leisure
activites & to explore the beautyfiul hill
station. Night stay in Munnar hotel.
Day 09/ Munnar - Kumarakom (120 kms/
4 hrs)
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom on arrival,
transfer to hotel. Night stay in Kumarakom hotel.
Day 10/ Kumarakom
Fullday free for leisure activites. Night stay
in Kumarakom.
Day 11/ Kumarakom - Cochin
Early morning, drive to Cochin. Arrive Cochin
& transfer to hotel. Late morning tour of
Cochin or "Kochi" the palm green, commercial
captial of Kerala is known as the "Queen
of the Arabian Sea". Night stay in Cochin.
Day 12/ Cochin - Bombay
Morning transfer to the airport to connect flight
for Mumbai, Arrive Mumbai, meet assist at the
airport and transfer to hotel. Night stay in Mumbai.
Day 13/ Departure
Transfer to International airport to board the
flight for onward destination or way back home.
