Day 01 / Arrival Delhi
Welcome to the capital of India! meet assist at
the airport by our tour representative & then
transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 02 / Delhi
Breakfast in Hotel, after a leisurely breakfast
proceed for sightseeing tour of Old & New
Delhi where ornate buildings recall the days when
India was the Jewel in the crown of the British
empire. Visit the Red Fort, Mahatama Gandhi Memorial,
11th century Qutab Minar, India Gate and The President’s
House, Also visit Laxmi Narayan temple popularly
known as Birla Temple. Overnight stay in Delhi
hotel.
Day 03 / Delhi - Agra - Jaipur
Early morning pick up from hotel & transfer
to railway station to board the superfast airconditioned
Shatabdi Express train to Agra. Breakfast in the
train, arrive Agra in approx. 02 hours, visit
the magnificient monuments in Agra. Taj Mahal
– A white marble Tomb building 1631 –
1648 in Agra, seat of the Mughal Empire by Shah
Jahan for his wife, Arjuman Banu Begum, the monument
sums up many of the formal themes that have played
through Islamic architecture. Its refined elegance
is a conspicuous contrast both to the Hindu architecture
of pre - Islamic India, with its thick walls,
corbelled arches and heavy lintels and to the
Indo Islamic styles, in which Hindu elements are
combined with an electric assortment of motifs
from Persian and Turkish sources. AGRA FORT- Fort
built in red sandstone with its magnificent palaces,
halls of public and private audience and the beautiful
gardens. This is where Emperor Shah Jahan was
kept under house arrest by his third son Aurangzeb
and spent the last year of his life viewing the
Taj Mahal from across the river Jamuna. Afternoon
drive to Jaipur enroute visiting, Fatehpur Sikri-a
perfectly preservedred sandstone "ghost town"
which was the estranged capital of mughal emperor
Akbar, built in 1569 and deserted when its water
supply failed. Arrive Jaipur & transfer to
Hotel. Overnight stay in Jaipur hotel.
Day 04 / Jaipur
Breakfast in Hotel, after breakfast proceed for
sightseeing in Jaipur. Amber Fort Palace - Amber
is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace.
Its construction was started by Man Singh I in
1592, and completed by his descendent Jai Singh
I. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise
where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles
finds it's ultimate expression. City Palace -
A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani
architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh
of the area in the walled city. It houses the
Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the
City Palace Museum. Jantar Mantar - This is the
largest and the best preserved of the five observatories
built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the
country. This observatory consisting of outsized
astronomical instruments is still in use. Hawa
Mahal - The ornamental facade of this "Palace
of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur.
Their five-storey structures of sandstone plastered
pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and elaborate
balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows.
Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a
royal grandstand for the palace women. Overnight

Day 05 / Jaipur - Goa
Breakfast in Hotel. Morning transfer to airport
to board the flight for Goa via Bombay. Arrive
Goa & transfer to hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight
stay in Goa hotel.
Day 06 / Goa
Breakfast in Hotel, proceed on a half day sightseeing
tour of Goa, visiting Miramar Beach, Basilica
of Bom Jesus and the city of Panjim- bustling
with shops and tourists. The afternoon is at leisure
to relax on the beach. Overnight stay in Goa hotel.
Day 07 / Goa
Breakfast in Hotel, Day at leisure. Laze on the
beach, go for swim, explore the shops for cashewnuts,
buy holiday wear. Overnight stay in Goa hotel.
Day 08 / Goa - Delhi/Bombay
Breakfast in Hotel, after breakfast transfer to
airport for flight to Delhi or Bombay to connect
the onward flight.
